1. Cor 6:19: “Know you not, that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body , and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Our body belongs to God. We were bought with a price, a precious price. It did cost the life of Jesus Christ. Now we need to learn also to honor him with our physical body and bring him glory. Our body needs to be nourished through the word of God and through natural means.
Since the last two home births I have had, I also was introduced to essential oils and herbs, which all have been a big blessing for my whole family and me.
I have been using essential oils ever since – in cooking, in teas, room sprays, bug sprays, through diffuser and cosmetic creams and salves. All home homemade with no chemicals!
Below I am sharing some info I came across while learning and studying about them. I have educated myself by taking classes, as the topic about essential oils, herbs and organic vegetables has become a very informative and life improving benefit for us. Also much information was new, and I discovered that there is an abundance of herbs and their uses and so also for essential oils.
I started green juicing and enjoy those benefits as well. My youngest baby loves his green juice, coconut water, kale, avocado, almond milk, organic berries and bananas in his almost daily health drinks.
