Guatemala Report Part One

God is doing wonderful things in Guatemala!

Pastors Patricia Blue, John and Susan Bankosky, Randy Baker and Bert, began this exciting time with pastors and leadership training sessions.

On October 2, Pastor Victor spoke at a Pastor's Breakfast.

Approximatley, 45 attended. He taught that it is time for all to grow up in Christ, and destroy the works of the devil. All leaders must be focused on Christ and not let themselves get consumed with busyness and good works. It is essential to stay focused on our own personal callings from the Lord. Now is not the time to claim God´s power but to use it. Afterward the team all had a chance to minister to those attending. It was very powerful.

On Sunday, October 3, each of the ministry team went off in groups of two or three to speak and minister to many individual churches.

My husband and I were blessed to share our hearts in a lovely congregation. After sharing that the Lord Jesus died once and for all to save, heal, deliver and make everyone whole, we were able to pray over each of those with sicknesses or infirmities.

Our Lord God is a powerful God, and the following people were completely healed and set free:

• A man with a sore knee could bend and move it pain-free.
• A woman with osteo-arthritis throughout her body was able to move freely and with no pain.
• Several with back and neck injuries were made free and whole.
• A woman with gastritis had all pain instantly leave.
• A boy with allergies to chocolate, lemons and strawberries came forward asking the Lord Jesus to restore his ability to eat all foods.
• A girl with eye disease and scoliosis came forward, her eyes were made well, her back straightenend considerably. She went home to read the Word of God out loud, and continue thanking God for a full restoration.
• A girl was baptised with the Holy Spirit A young man was set free from guilt and condemnation.

We are eagerly anticipating the reports, from the other team members, on what the Lord did in the services they atended. That Sunday night, we all joined together for an evening service. Nearly 400 people attended.

I was blessed to be able to work with Pastor Judith with approximately 20 children as the service was taking place. As I could not speak Spanish, the Holy Spirit stepped in with communication, and the children were healed of the following:

• Two with stomach ailments, were pain free and glorifying God.
• Two boys with asthma were breathing freely and able to run throughout the church.
• A young girl asked for prayer for her two fathers, that they would accept Lord as Saviour, and that she would be a good witness of Jesus to them.
• One of the children´s fathers came forward for prayer for one knee, and left with all pain and stiffness gone.

Among the adults that were healed in the service were:

• A woman with terrible legs pain and swelling. All swelling left and she was overwhelmed at how quickly and perfectly the Lord restored her.
• Several were set free from demonic oppression.
• A woman with pain in her head, back, neck and legs, was completely healed.

All in all, nearly 400 people attended the service. It was a truly exciting and powerful time.

The next evening, my husband and I were ministering back at the same church, with Pastors Victor and Judith. This time over 30 people came forward to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and be freed from demonic bondages. Many more people came forward for healing.

• A young teen with a birth defect in her foot, saw it straighten out, and she went running praising the Lord.
• A toddler born with her foot turning the wrong way, had it straighten and went for an emotional walk with her mother.
• A mother with an infection in her womb, which the doctor declared needed surgery, determined to accept the work of Dr. Jesus over the earthly doctor.
• A woman suffering from bad nerves and anxiety was set free.
• A woman with pain throughout her head and upper body for over 2 years was completely healed and pain free.
• An elderly, blind man was able to see properly.
• Another elderly blind man was able to see light and some shapes as his eyesight is being progressively restored.
• A person with psoriasis was cured.
• A person with a kidney condtion left pain free and rejoicing.
• A woman with stomach problems went down under the power of God, as did a young girl with leukemia.
• A teen with stomach problems was healed.
• A woman with sciatica and gastritis left healed and praising the Lord.

On October 5, we were blessed to go to Almolonga (one of the villages featured in the Transformation videos). We were given a tour of their farm fields. God has taken this once poor land and made it supernaturally fertile and prosperous!

We saw carrots the length of a man´s forearm, radishes the size of tennis balls, and cabbages the size of basketballs!

All the people of Guatemala are extremely hospitable, and these from Almolonga were no exception. Before the church service, we were fed a beautiful meal which included all of the vegetables we had seen in the fields. They were the most delicious any of the team had ever eaten and the peace of God was evident everywhere we went.

That night Pastor Victor got to preach in one of the churches in this village. He let them know that the Lord had blessed the fruit of the hands, but there is more in store for them. He taught them that Jesus wants them blessed physically and spiritually. It is time for them to reach out for a full revelation of God´s healing power as well as His love and provision. He then exhorted them to step out and proclaim His great and full Gospel to the world. He then called for the fire of God to come down on the people, and it did!

After the fire of God came down on all who came forward, all who were sick or sufering were called to the front. Once again our unfailing Lord, performed His Word and promise and the following were healed:

• Two women with throat and neck troubles were completely set free.
• One of the church elders was deaf in one ear and left hearing perfectly.
• A woman with a broken finger was healed and removed her bandages.
• Two women with stomach issues were set free.
• A woman with pain throughout her body was healed completely.
• A woman with a painful growth in her stomach, left painfree and healed.
• A boy with athsma left breathing freely.
• A young man with stomach pain was set free.

On the evening of October 6, were were back in Guatemala City.

It was raining with monsoon-like rain, and we could barely hear anything due to the intensity of the rain on the roof.

Pastor Victor called all the congregation to raise their hands and declare that every name on earth is subject to the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and rain is a name, therefore it must stop immediately. And it did!

That night Pastor Victor made an altar call. Over 76 people accepted Jesus as Saviour, and they gave the Lord an offering of applause which lasted over 20 minutes. It was beautiful.

• A young boy who was once declared a vegetable, is now seeing, responding, and functioning, but his limbs were still unmoving and contracted. After Pastor Victor ministered to him, the boys limbs straightened and loosened.
• A woman with stomach pain was healed.

God is doing so much more than I can even report. I will continue this report after we finish this last week of this exciting ministry time. To Him be all the glory! Submitted by,

Guatemala Report Part Two

Pastor Judith, Paul and I were blessed to be able to share at rush hour on Guatemalan Christian radio.

Paul and I shared that I was dying of an incurable disease (Lupus) and how Jesus healed me four years ago. Pastor Judith then expounded on the fact that Jesus wants to heal all today.

When the broadcast was over, two men were knocking at the radio station door. They had heard the broadcast and one wanted to accept Jesus as Saviour, which he did. Praise You Jesus! They then followed us back to the evening crusade meeting where they were both ministered to once again.

At the evening service, Pastor Judith preached powerfully on how when the word "you" is used in the Bible (ie. "I am the Lord Who heals you"), it refers to ME; every "me" who reads it is included, many people came forward for healing, including:

• A woman who had had a stroke and could not walk. She left jumping and walking freely.
• A woman with a bean allergy was healed and ate a whole plate of beans without any negative effects.
• A woman with no sense of smell was completely healed.

On November 8, 9, Pastor Victor spoke at the National Evangelists Congress. He exhorted them to continue in their call as evangelists, after all, there just are not enough evangelists out there, for the Lord wants all men to come to a saving relationship with Him.

In the evenings of October 8, 9, 10, the team went off to minister in the town of Puerto San Jose. This crusade was held on the street and the numbers began at approximately 700 people but grew to over 1500 by the end of the third night. Over 400 people accepted Jesus as Saviour over the course of the crusade. The miracles were extensive:

• A girl who had broken her arm one week earlier was completely healed and removed her bandage.
• A deaf, mute woman heard and spoke (in English) for the first time (she was 35 years old).
  she was even able to answer questions. Pastor Victor asked her, "What is your name?" And the lady, who has never spoken a word in her life before, clearly answered and told us her name.
• A woman with arm pain was healed.
• A man with neck and shoulder pain was made completely whole.
• A woman unable to walk got up and walked.
• More deaf ears were opened.
• A man with sores on his foot and ulcers in his stomach left walking freely and without any pain.

There were so many needing healing each night that for the most part Pastor Victor prayed mass prayers for those standing in the congregation. The smiles and rejoicing were our confirmation that the Lord had fulfilled His Word!

In the mornings Pastor Victor and Pastor Judith spoke to a group of Evangelists in Guatemala City. They were so encouraged that they followed us every night to Port San Jose, and helped ministering to the needs of the people.

On our last Sunday in Guatemala city, the team split off to minister at various churches. Here is mentioned of some of the healings our Lord performed:

• A woman who had had a stroke that left her with limited arm mobility and numbness in her hands, could move freely and pick up previously impossible objects!.
• A 14 year old girl born with many defects had her healing process begin. She spoke for the first time, was able to grab and hold onto objects, plus could pay attention when being spoken to. Her caregiver was given specific instructions on how to work with this young woman to continue this miracle.
• An elderly man with Parkinson's who could not stand or walk, traipsed freely around the whole church building!
• A deaf man's hearing was restored.
• A woman with such bad arthritis walked in with a cane and left the church walking freely (the cane was left hanging in the sanctuary).
• A woman was healed of gastritis and breathing troubles.
• An asthmatic was healed.
• A woman with very bad arthritis in her knees had Pastor Victor pray over one knee, she then prayed for her other one and went for a run.
• A woman with kidney disease could not even get up out of her chair, was prayed for and practically jumped up feeling extremely well.
• 15 people accepted Jesus as Saviour at this service.
• A woman with paralysis on the left side of her face was overwhelmed by the power of God, after His power soared through her, she had complete facial movement.
• A woman with a very bad back, could not pick up or carry anything heavy was able to pick up a toddler, carry her and set her down, pain free!.
• A woman with a hernia after childbirth was healed.
• A young woman born with one leg 2 inches shorter than the other had it grow out to exactly the same length as the other.
• A woman deaf on both ears could hear, and could scarcely believe it.
• Several people with back pain were healed.
• A young woman who was nearsighted was completely healed and could read anything.
• Several with chest coughs and throat ailments were healed.

Once again this is just a sample of all the Lord did while we were ministering in Guatemala. We continue to pray for the people of Guatemala that they may gain more revelation of Jesus our Healer, and proclaim this truth to their entire nation. I can hardly wait until we return back there. I know the Lord has begun a mighty work in this country and there is much more to come!
