Another report from a team member who
went to
Hay River

Aug 1st – 11th 2002
A team of two couples, one from Victoria, with their
son and one from Nanaimo, flew to Edmonton and then drove
in two cars to Hay River, Fort Resolution, Fort
Providence and then on to Yellowknife. We met with
Evangelists Victor and Judith Emenike, to help minister
in their healing meetings.
Hay River, Aug 1st – 5th, 2002
We met for morning and evening meetings.
Pains of every kind immediately left during words of
knowledge and prayer from Evangelist Victor. On Saturday
morning, Judith led a Women’s Power Meeting, with 20
women and 11 men. The Spirit started moving in power as
soon as she came up. Approximately eight people were
baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire. Saturday p.m. was
the biggest meeting with about 70 people. Fourteen came
from Fort Smith. Evangelist Victor preached and again,
with prayer, every pain left. Matthew, a teen who came up
with us, prayed for a teenager with A.D.D.
Sunday morning, right after worship, repentance, and
forgiveness started to flow between Pastors and
congregation and then brother to brother.
In the afternoon, Evangelists Victor and Judith, with
a team of six, visited the local prison, where the local
Pastors go each week.
Monday evening Evangelist Victor preached on the power
of God. A man of 42 years, who was a deaf mute since
birth, came up for prayer. He almost immediately could
hear and started to repeat words, in a high voice. This
was awesome! Other things prayed for and healed were
– diabetes, cancer, heart trouble, and eye problems.
Eight children received Christ and were all laid out on
the floor.
August 6th, 2002, Fort Resolution
A nice buffet supper put on by the band greeted us.
Over sixty people came out. At the call for salvation,
everyone came up.
Deaf ears opened; arthritic pains healed; migraine
headaches healed; Addictions, bleeding ulcers, neck
spasms, and short legs all healed. Paralyzed face
relaxed. A little girl with crooked legs and who was
pigeon toed, was immediately made straight
August 7th, 2002 Fort Providence
About 45 people came. Forty came up for salvation. A
young man with a chipped elbow and arm in a sling and
cast was able to move his arm around with no pain. He was
very surprised. A woman with arthritis, using a cane for
2-3 years, left pain free. A man with arthritic pain for
2 years was pain free. An old man with a deaf ear could
hear and as he put his finger in another man’s ear
and the man could hear. A man with arthritic shoulder
pain for 5 years, did push ups and was healed. A young
man and three young adults received salvation. God was
arresting them and bringing them into the meeting. A man
with pain all over was now pain free. A man with constant
back pain after operations was now pain free.
The one that stood out the most to me was a lady that
had a stroke and in a wheel chair for 3 years. She wanted
to walk. We got her up walking and she was very happy but
needed more strength. When she finally sat down,
Evangelist Victor started moving her paralyzed arm up and
down and it was loosening up. I also noticed that the
left side of her face was paralyzed. She could not move
her head up and down or open her mouth freely. As
Evangelist Victor prayed, her face started to relax, she
started moving her head, and she started smiling and
opening her mouth, which she could not do before. She
even started talking. She was so happy! And so were we.
We serve a great God!
