Newsletter, 8 January 2008
Dear Friends of It Is Easy Ministries,
We wish you a wonderful New Year 2008 with lots of blessings from the Lord and joy in the Holy Ghost. We declare that in this year of 2008 there will be a mighty move of the Holy Spirit, a year of greatness. Read 1. Chronicles 29:11-12 and use it for your prayer time.
- Thine, O LORD, [is] the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all [that is] in the heaven and in the earth [is thine]; thine [is] the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honour [come] of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand [is] power and might; and in thine hand [it is] to make great, and to give strength unto all. (KJV)
- Yours, O Lord, is the strength and the power and the glory, and the authority and the honour: for everything in heaven and on earth is yours; yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are lifted up as head over all. Wealth and honour come from you, and you are ruler over all, and in your hand is power and strength; it is in your power to make great, and to give strength to all. (BBE)
We have just returned from our mission trip to Hong Kong are doing wonderfully well.
The year 2007 was a very good year and also a very busy one for us.
In the summer we traveled to Taiwan. This was our first visit there. The people of Taiwan are very friendly.
They have many non Chinese native people including the “Amis” tribe who are the largest native group. They are a very tall and handsome people.
The Lord moved mightily among them, as well as other tribal people.
We enjoyed seeing all the miracles, healings and salvation that happened.
A young boy came to the Open Air service and was healed of an ear condition. This affected his whole family. It was the big miracle the parents were hoping for.
A few days later they returned with their son and 10 other relatives to the service in the Aboriginal Cultural Center, where Pastor David Enoch C. conducts church services. Most of them were Buddhists. They came to the youth service because of the miracle, which happened to their relative, the young boy.
All of them received Jesus Christ in their hearts, and again those who were sick among them were healed.
We later heard from the Pastor that they all brought more relatives and friends to church on Sunday and the Lord visited them mightily.
What a wonderful God we serve.
A typhoon hit Taiwan at the same time that the services were going on. We again saw God move when the rain stopped during the services and continued again when the service was over. Nothing could stop the people from coming and seeing and experiencing the miracles and healings of Jesus Christ our wonderful Saviour.
Another amazing thing was that the damage was pretty small considering the strength of the typhoon.
We went to Taiwan with 45 people. These co-labourers were from the Netherlands and from the Voice of Pentecost church in San Francisco where God has been doing such a wonderful work (see our website for more testimonies).
After 10 days in Taiwan we continued to Hong Kong. Different churches had joined together to celebrate healing and miracle services in the YMCA building. Many hundreds came, and they were very hungry to see God touching them and their needs.
A little boy, blind on one eye from a brain tumor was able to see again.
Another young boy had Muscular Dystrophy and was already bound to his wheelchair. But the Lord healed him so quickly. Everyone was amazed when he was running to his parents in the auditorium.
Many came on stage, pressing forward just like in the days of Jesus, trying to touch the man of God to receive their healings.
Most of the hundreds who attended the service had great needs, and we could only reach out to a few people, trusting the Lord to touch the rest.
Everywhere we go, we discover that there are people who do not know the simple Good News that Jesus Christ is the Savior, the Healer and the Deliverer.
Many people know something about Jesus, but not the simple truth that He still heals today, delivers today, and saves today! He can touch every need you have!
We are so grateful to God that He is using us to bring this message to so many people who have not heard it.
This past autumn we traveled to the Netherlands, where we had services in Nieuwegein, Grootegrast and other places. Here too we saw lots of needs. And here again, our Lord Jesus Christ healed and delivered the people. This is exactly as the Bible declares in Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus Christ is still the same, yesterday, today and forever.”
In November, we returned to Taiwan and then continued to El Salvador in Central America.
We went to El Salvador with a team of nine people. We also had local workers on the ground who helped us with the organization of the crusade as well as with cooperating with the local pastors and the local churches.
We saw many healings and miracles. The meetings were so great. We saw many people receiving Jesus Christ as their Saviour. Because of the response we experienced we are already planning bigger crusades for El Salvador during this year 2008.
We want to thank all those who have volunteered their time going with us to all those countries doing the work of Jesus that He has commissioned us to do. You were a great help, thank you! We bless you in all the other things God is calling you to walk in.
In December we traveled again to Hong Kong. This trip was organized quickly because of the response we experienced during our first visit during the summer. Pastors and other church members heard about the miracles and salvations and wanted us to come back as quickly as possible.
One person in particular worked very hard to make all those meetings possible.
Again we had people traveling with us. It is God who works through us all and it is wonderful to see so many people participate in what He is doing.
The presence of our Lord appeared powerfully in all the services.
In the Bread of Life church” with Senior Pastor Joshua, we saw many miracles.
We were busy daily with Healing Services in the churches and also in the Youth for Christ Building, holding Teaching Seminars at night and services for the seniors in the morning.
Both Pastors Judith and Victor were preaching during all of these services.
Hundreds of the elderly received Jesus. Hundreds were healed, restored and encouraged. Many were set free from walking with canes.
One little 8 years old girl had never walked before in her life. The power of God touched her and she began to walk. Many deaf were healed. Many others were set free from pain and demonic oppression.
Praise be to our God.
One lady got her eardrum broken through surgery and could not hear from over 20 years. The Lord touched and healed her.
One old lady was deaf in both ears and was instantly healed.
Another lady was healed of pain in her thorax. She suffered from this pain for years. She reported that she felt good after the prayer.
One gentleman had trouble with his heart beat and was healed of this heart condition.
Many were healed of poor blood circulation, pain, scoliosis, chest pain, and stomach upset.
One lady couldn’t sleep due to neck pain and the Lord took the pain away.
One gentleman was diagnosed with two kinds of cancers and the Lord healed him. He declared, “I feel so good, no pain and again I feel strength.”
One person had bone fractures and could not move. The Lord Jesus healed the man and he was able to bend down, even to do push ups, which was a miracle.
While we were having lunch at a restaurant a pastor told us that he was deaf for 17 years and had 2 surgeries, but could not hear in one ear. The Lord healed him very easily. Just before he was healed he prayed that he would like to hear with that ear again so he could use his cell phone. That is exactly what he was asked to do. When his wife answered the call she was so surprised She asked him, “You can really hear?” This just proves that entire families are blessed when Jesus heals someone.
We will report more about some of those healings mentioned on our photo section.
The Lord is good to all. As long as people call upon His name, He will answer us.
As you can see, a lot has happened during this past little while, Much more than we can write in this newsletter.
We just want to keep you updated as you are a friend, a partner or visitor to our website. Please keep on praying for us.
Christians, we have to rise up and help all those who are in need.
Jesus Christ came to save those who are lost!! Now we as believers are His vessel. He wants to continue to flow through us and touch those who are in need.
How can we do this?
Jesus Christ is our example.
Jesus did the things He saw His Father doing.
The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do (John 5:19).
And that work was easy because it was not Jesus who was working.
“The Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works” (John 14:10b).
When we continue in the works of Jesus Christ we do not do a new work, but the same work that Jesus did. Watching His Father, doing what His Father was doing, Going where His Father was going, Watching His Father do the work, Giving credit (glory) to the Father who did the work, rather than to himself.
And He gives us his Spirit, his Power and his Word to accomplish this task that He has set before us.
Right now we started the New Year in the church in Voice of Pentecost church in San Francisco. The Lord has done a mighty work within the last year in this church.
The Lord wants to glorify Himself through us again and again.
Let us keep on doing the good works to that He has called us to do.
Everything we do should bring glory UNTO HIM.
This month we will be flying again to Hong Kong for further services.
Keep praying for the people all over the world.
We are preparing many healing /evangelistic campaigns into China, Taiwan, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Brazil, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Netherlands and other nations.
As the Lord opens those countries for us so we go in His power and strength.
Blessed New Year 2008, the Year of Greatness.
Serving the Lord Jesus with joy, we send our greetings to you from His harvest fields
