Dear Friends of our Mission work

We have come to visit Japan, to see where we can be of help; checking out the location for bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to the people of Japan

Meeting locals and local missionary has been of great help for a future event we want to do.

We also visited Ishinomaki on this trip, which was one of the most devastated areas from the tsunami.
I also just found out that last month in September they had one of the greatest typhoons ever recorded in that same area.

People who had lost homes and cars before had taken up new loans, and many lost their cars again because of the typhoon.

The scope of the destruction is massive. Yesterday we drove along part of the coastline; Even today it looks like the tsunami had just happened because there was very little clean up.

The tsunami did not hit the actual city of Sendai because it is built up in the hills of Japan. However the coastline (including the airport which is 30 minutes from Sendai by train) was severely damaged north and south of Sendai, for hundreds of kilometres.

Much has been cleaned, but it still had the appearance of needing much more work. Hundreds or even thousand of homes are still filled with mud.( those that survived ).

Many mission workers we met on Sunday came here to help to clean up and restore homes. Some of them helped when the hurricane Katrina hit in the USA. They all said that the damage in Japan is far worse.

Many of the people who lived here are so devastated that they fled the region, many still live here in destroyed homes (1st floor). Those who had money were rebuilding or restoring.

But when you look at the pictures we are going to send out, you can tell that it is far from being a normal city.

Remember we just visited a tiny spot!!

Here is video that explains some of what we saw and heard.

We will keep you posted as we continue our mission trip.
Yours,
Drs. Victor and Judith Emenike

It Is Easy Ministries traveled to Ethiopia in East Africa for Mission Work and to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Victor traveled with 2 workers to Ethiopia to deliver goods and financial aid to the orphanage supported by It Is Easy Ministries.

Through the generous donations from our supporters it was possible to buy food and toys for the 122 children living in Addis Ababa.

Pastor Victor also invited his dentist from the Netherlands to join him on this trip who immediately agreed to provide free dental care for all the kids and their teachers.

What a blessing this it is for our ministry to have a dentist traveling with us to Ethiopia.

So far the report has been that the children and their teachers are mightily blessed by the dental work done for them.

We will provide more information as more pictures are posted from this ongoing Missions trip.

Pastor Victor was invited to preach the Good News about Jesus Christ in a large church in Ethiopia.

Jesus confirmed the Word of God by reaching out to the people, saving them and healing them.

Great was the joy of those who attended the service.

Check out the pictures here in the photo section of the website.

Dear Friends and Partners of Pastors Victor and Judith Emenike with It Is Easy Ministries,
The Lord has done many amazing miracles since we wrote last.

In the previous newsletter we reported on our first two days of ministry on the island Curacao, in the Caribbean. This one reports on what happened after that.

Sunday Morning, 07 September 2008.

Many people came to the service. The hall used by Abundant Life Ministries was packed again.
We noticed that most of the people who attended the service were women, so when God moved in power, many more women were healed and touched by the power of God.
People were healed of:
· Elbow pain and inflammation.
· Lump in the breast.
· Wrist and neck pain.
· A lady could not lift up her hand for 7 years but now she was able to do it.
· Pain in knee, pain from knees to toes.
· Migraine.
· Pain in womb.
· A lady with heavy breast pain.
· People who could not move their arms and elbows were healed.
· One lady could not speak well because she had problems with her voice. The Lord restored her voice completely.
· One man was healed of back pain.
· Depression.
· One older lady felt very weak when walking, she received strength and was able to walk very well.
· One lady could not stand on her feet and could not open her eyes due to being tired. The Lord touched her and restored this young woman.
· Ear conditions.
Many others were supernaturally touched by the power of God.

Dear Friends and Partners of Pastors Victor and Judith
Emenike and It Is Easy Ministries,

Greetings and Blessings from the island of Curacao.

In 1954 Curacao became the seat of government for the Netherlands Antilles, which is a self-governing state of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The island with its 130,000 people is in the Caribbean Sea northeast from Venezuela. The entire state is made up of five islands in the Caribbean Sea.

Our arrival was great. Two of our workers arrived 2 days earlier from the Netherlands. They picked us up with their 2 year old daughter and 8 week old baby. They came here with us to support the great works the Lord is doing here among the people in Curacao.

The weather was very warm, but the cool breeze in the night made it enjoyable and thankfully the mosquitoes left us alone.

The very next morning, at 9 AM, we were invited to the most popular TV station on the whole island for a live broadcast.

On that day we got our first impression from the island, which was very colourful.

We discovered that Willemstad, the capital city which is on Curacao, was put on the UNESCO’s World Heritage Cities List in 1997. It has beautiful buildings. We will put some pictures of the city on our website.

The history the Netherlands Antilles like so much of the surrounding countries and former colonies is based on the slave trade. If you want to learn more about this sad history, there are many resources available on the Internet.

Thankfully, this is no longer the case, and much of the economy is now based on tourism, banking, and the oil industry. (Venezuela, a major oil exporter is nearby and there is a large refinery business here.)

We drove through the island, visited both coasts of this long narrow island and discovered many beautiful sights:

  • Beautiful beaches.
  • Amazing rock formations and caves where the water jumps out like a pistol shot. The sound was intense as that one of a canon!
  • Colourful birds and plants.
  • And so much more.

On the second day Pastors Victor and Judith were invited to speak live on the most famous secular radio station on Curacao called MAS, 99.7 FM. We got up early because the program started 6AM. It went on for an entire hour.

After a short Word of God, people called in:

  • One lady suffered from high blood pressure, heart pain, and diabetes. We ministered to her live through the radio. She reported that the pain left her instantly.
  • One lady called and asked for prayer for a child who was in a coma, lying in a nursing home.
  • One lady called and explained that she suffered from diabetes and cataracts. The doctors told her she would be blind if she did not go for surgery.
After she received prayer, she felt better and her stress lifted. She said she started shaking during the prayer and felt that something was leaving her body.
  • Another lady called about her child who was having difficulty at school and could not remember the lessons. The child was 8 years old. She was encouraged with some few words of counsel.
  • Another lady called at the same time and left a message on the answering machine, giving a wonderful testimony of what was happening during the live broadcast. For 10 years she suffered from migraine headaches. When the pastor was sharing the Word of God she still had a migraine. But when the pastor was saying through a word of knowledge, “Migraine be gone in Jesus Name,” it left immediately.
  • Another lady called before the program was over. She asked for prayer for someone who was in a coma for 3 weeks after a motorcycle accident.

We could see that there are many needs on the island.

Dear Friends of It Is Easy Ministries, Las Vegas, NV 15 August 2008

Greetings and blessings in the name of the mighty God of Israel, the beautiful one, the awesome one.

This letter is a summary of the miracles and healings that happened in Brazil, in the Capital Brasilia, and Porto Alegre.
God amazed us and brought us all to astonishment with His might miraculous supernatural power.

To start, this is one of our new favourite Portuguese songs.

Jesus name is above every name
Name over all names
His name is wonderful, counselor, strong God,
Father of eternity, prince of peace, ..

When Pastor Victor came to the podium he took up praise and worship song and miracles started happening.
The most favorite song in Portuguese was :” It Is You.”
Here another favourite song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHBC1aKIqGM
The songs we sing are supposed to be all about and to Him, Jesus the king of Kings, and not about us.
That is when we see the miracles, the healings, and the salvations.
